Lemon and Coconut Tart
Rich coconut sponge, spread over a layer of rich lemon curd, nestled on our shorcrust pastry base, baked until golden brown, then smothered in more lemon curd, and decorated with a topping of desiccated coconut. This cake goes extremely well with a nice freshly brewed tea!
The cake will serve approximately 5/6 portions.
