The Original Factory Shop Fundraiser for In Sams Name
Saturday saw Denise attend this local community event to support this great cause organised by the team at The Original Factory Shop (Ollerton). The weather was definitely not playing along on the day as we endured sunshine, rain, hailstones then sunshine again. But the enthusiasm was there from everyone involved and the children loved the giant rabbit. We always like the opportunity to meet up with our loyal customers to thank them for their continued support over the last 30+ years. Watch this space for more events in the upcoming months.
Harpenden Farmers Market
On Sunday Chris served at the Harpenden Farmers market. Although the wind was a problem, the sun came out which is traditionally a cue for Harpenden to turn out in force. We had a busier than usual day as a result, so thank you to everyone for their continued support. The next market date for Harpenden is 28th April 2024, hopefully the weather will have warmed up a touch.
Upcoming Events & markets
With the Easter weekend upon us, this traditionally signals the start of the event season for us at Limetree, we’re exhibiting at Thame Country Fair this Sunday and Monday at the Thame Showground from 10am until 6pm both days, we’ll be situated in the food marquis. We hope to see you there!
Chris will take his usual position at Bakewell farmers market on Saturday 30th March. He will be sampling our fruit pies again this month, as they’re well liked at Bakewell. He will also be well stocked with Bakewell tarts, and he looks forward to seeing you there.
Denise will be at the Alfreton Artisan Market on Saturday 30th March from 10am until 3pm, this new market will be held at Alfreton house, High Street, Alfreton DE55 7HH. We are very excited to be joining this new venture and will have an amazing range of our award-winning Fruit and Savoury pies for customers to come along and try.

The shop is as busy as ever, just a quick reminder that we are open 9am until 5pm, Monday to Thursday this week as the shop is closed this Friday and Monday next week, so don’t miss out on all your favourites over the Easter weekend.
